All orders required are to include the following:
Order number
Date of collection
Address & contact for offloading site
Date of delivery
Address & contact for loading site
Product
Payload (i.e. tonnage)
Loading and offloading time of 4 hours at either site (i.e. gate to gate).
Should there be any delays caused by insufficient, inaccurate or incomplete documentation no demurrage will be charged, but a plan should be made to solve the problem as soon as possible.
